Peppermint Protein Shake

Ingredients:

1 Banana, frozen

2-3 Ice Cubes

1 Cup Almond Milk

1 Scoop BariEssentials Swiss Chocolate Protein Powder

2 TBS Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

1/4 TSP Pure Peppermint Extract

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour and enjoy!
