Pumpkin Protein Cookies

Ingredients:
¼ Cup Ground Flaxseed
2 TBS Chia Seeds
2 TBS Cinnamon
3 Eggs
2 TSP Vanilla
¼ Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
¼ Cup Stevia or Splenda
2 Scoops BariEssential PRO Vanilla Bliss
1 TSP Baking Soda
1 TSP Baking Powder
1 Can Pumpkin Puree (15oz)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Add all ingredients to a medium bowl and mix until well combined
  3. Drop by the rounded tablespoon onto a baking sheet coated in nonstick spray and shape into cookie form
  4. Bake 10-12 minutes
  5. Let cool and remove from pan
  6. Enjoy!
