Low Carb Protein Pizza Crust


1 ¼ Cup Almond Flour

¼ Cup BariClear Unflavored Protein Powder

4 TBS Psyllium Husk Powder

2 TBS Grated Parmesan

½ TSP Oregano

½ TSP Basil

½ TSP Rosemary

½ TSP Thyme

2 TSP Baking Powder

2 Eggs

1 Cup Boiling Water

1 TSP Coconut Oil

Toppings of Choice


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Combine all dry ingredients and mix well (spices are optional). Add eggs and mix until combined. Add boiling water and combine until dough thickens
  3. Place the dough ball on a greased baking sheet and flatten with hands or rolling pin. The dough will rise 2-3 times, so make thickness ⅓ desired size
  4. Place dough in oven and bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Remove and brush with coconut oil and broil for 3-8 minutes, until crust is crisp
  6. Add toppings and broil for another 5-10 minutes
