Salted Caramel Protein Smoothie

¼ Frozen Banana
¼ Cup Rolled Oats
3 Dates, Pitted
½ Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Scoop BariEssential PRO Vanilla Bliss
1 TBSP Almond Butter
3-4 Ice Cubes
Pinch Salt


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth
