No Bake Apple Pie Protein Bars


2 ½ Cups Gluten Free Oat Flour

½ Cup BariEssential Vanilla Bliss Protein Powder

1 TBS Cinnamon

1 TSP Nutmeg

¼ Cup Almond Butter

½ Cup Maple Syrup or Honey

½ Cup Unsweetened Applesauce

1 TBS Almond Milk


  1. Line a large baking dish with parchment paper and set aside
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, protein powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and mix well
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the nut butter and maple syrup or honey and heat until melted. Pour the wet mixture into the dry and mix well. Add applesauce and mix until combined. The batter should be crumbly
  4. Add dairy free milk until a thick batter is formed
  5. Transfer to the lined baking dish, press firmly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
